用禮貌、相關、靈活的結構處理道歉、請求、投訴、詢問、建議和協商場景。先學回答動作，再進入計時口語練習。
RTS 通用結構
範本必須回答題目裡的具體場景，而不是只聽起來禮貌。保持直接、完整。
回應場景
I understand the situation, and I am sorry to hear about [problem] / I can see why this is important.
給出回應
I would suggest [action] because [reason]. If possible, we could also [alternative action].
禮貌收尾
Thank you for your understanding. I hope this helps, and please let me know if you need anything else.
不同情境的範本動作
先判斷情境類型，再選擇對應表達，不要硬套同一句背誦答案。
道歉
先道歉，簡短解釋原因，再說明下一步。不要解釋太久。
請求
清楚提出請求，說明原因，並表達感謝。如有需要補充時間或具體行動。
投訴
說明問題、影響，並提出合理解決方式。
詢問
說明你需要什麼資訊、為什麼需要，以及對方如何幫你。
建議
給出一個可執行建議和一個理由，語氣要幫助對方，而不是命令。
協商
承認雙方需求，提出替代方案，並用合作語氣結尾。

相關性
必須回答具體場景。背誦答案如果偏題，風險很高。
流利度
用短句連接起來，避免邊想邊長時間停頓。
發音
關鍵動作詞要清楚，如 apologize、request、suggest、explain、confirm。
語氣
工作、服務和投訴場景尤其要保持禮貌、實用。
RTS 常見錯誤
- 回答太泛，沒有回應具體人物或具體問題。
- 沒有清楚提出請求、建議或下一步行動。
- 背誦句子聽起來禮貌，但和題目情境不匹配。

建議背靈活結構，不建議背固定答案。回答必須匹配題目裡的具體情境。
